3. How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your claim is approved. This RMA number is required to return the defective product.
- Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping confirmation. Clearly mark the package with the RMA number. Phelan Home will cover the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims.
- Repair or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will determine whether to repair or replace the defective product. We will ship the repaired or replacement product to you at no additional cost.
